Directions: These candles are intended for outdoor use only in a well ventilated area, or in a vented fireplace.  Place the candle on a level, heat-resistant surface away from anything flammable. Choose a place where it cannot be tipped over.  Keep children and pets away from burning or hot candle. Light the middle of each wick segment with a long-stem lighter, and allow the flame to spread along the wicks, shielding the starting flame from wind. Danger, the candle container and wax will become hot. Do not touch or move this candle while it is lit, or hot; nor while the wax is liquefied. Keep candle free of matches or any other foreign matter.  Extinguish the flame by placing the metal lid completely on top of the candle container, after a minute check to make sure the flame is out, if it isn't blow it out then put the lid back on. Extinguish the candles prior to water or rain exposure. Allow the container to cool and the wax to completely harden before moving. Prior to subsequent uses, trim the unlit wick so that it is 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch above the solid wax surface using the spoon wick trimmer, scissors or knife. Discard the blackened wick trimming in a trash can. Trimming the wick reduces flame height, reduces the chance of a flare up, and increases the burn time.  Never leave the burning or hot candle unattended. Keep the candle covered in the shade, and out of reach of pets and wildlife when not in use. Discontinue use when 1/4 inch of the wax remains.
